1. Villa Cancellation/ amendments

 

Cancellation:

 

Cancellation has to be made through corresponding email ID: booking@tuanchaukinglyvilla.com otherwise no cancellation will be entertained. 

 

Customer must notify Tuan Chau Kingly Villa  if you plan change before 3days you check in.

Any cancellation submitted after the cancellation due date, ONE first night will be charged.

No Show :

 

If a booking is cancelled within the day of arrival  or In case of No show or shortening stay, non refund will be made

(Considered as cancellation without the required advance notice)

Amendment:

 

Amendments is negotiable via our email: booking@tuanchaukinglyvilla.com

Refund:

 

The refund will be made through your credit card. will instruct the bank to handle the crediting process immediately upon notification of cancellation, it could take from 12-15 days for the actual crediting to take place, depending on your Bank’s practice.
